      <image:caption>Over the years, I’ve witnessed way too many talented, gifted and engaged professionals (myself included) who felt overwhelmed, stressed and drained by their work and the constant change they faced. Life and work had gotten out of balance and the constant hustle had people feeling depleted, dissatisfied and disengaged. Too often, work felt soul-draining and work environments felt toxic. We were becoming human doings instead of human beings. And then came the pandemic. Overnight workplaces were disbanded and people found themselves adrift in the stormy sea of change. We were trying to work or lead from home during a crisis. The boundaries between work and home life vanished overnight. This led to an epidemic of overwork, exhaustion, zoom fatigue and burnout for many while others tried to navigate a sudden loss of work and income. The pandemic and confluence of crises took an emotional toll on our individual and collective wellbeing. Our lives, our work and work world were forever changed. We all tried to navigate the uncertainty, stress, and constant changes. But in the process, we often forgot how to tap into and leverage our innate capacity for resilience. My purposeful pivot As a result of the pandemic, I’ve reinvented my coaching and consulting practice so I can help individuals and organizations prepare for, transition into and navigate the continuing changes and shifts of our post-pandemic work world. I’m here to help professionals and leaders renew their energy; reset their navigational compass; gain clarity on what matters most, what’s possible and what’s next; make meaningful changes and purposeful pivots; and resiliently thrive.</image:caption>
